If you need to make a claim on your insurance policy, we are here to help. Our claims team is committed to getting you back up and running as soon as possible. Our job is to make your claims experience straightforward and speedy. The details below contain information about who to contact at Zurich if you need to make a claim on your policy.
How to make a claim
You can make a claim using the online portal, by email or telephone using the details below. A claim form may be sent for you to complete or you may be asked to send details in writing. If you have any questions, please call the relevant Zurich office for guidance or contact our Community Insurance team on 01380 732909 or info@communityinsurance.co.uk.

Tips when making a claim
- Notify the appropriate claims team as soon as possible.
- Keep any damaged or defective property in connection with your claim.
- Notify the police regarding any damage caused by theft, attempted theft or malicious damage and note your crime reference number.
- Please forward any legal correspondence that you receive to the appropriate claims team as soon as possible.
- Supply full details of the claim in writing, together with any evidence and information that may be relevant so that your claim can be investigated and verified.
